The moment I picked up a hammer I was hooked, and that passion still drives me every day, Everyday I strive to be a better tradesman and make a bigger impact on my community with the skills I have learned.

Their rates are good but boy, they looked at my financials and ask some funny questions such as asking for proof that I could withdraw funds from my SEP IRA account, and that I need to provide documentation to verify that  this employer sponsored retirement account allows for funds to be withdrawn, or if withdrawals could only be made in connection with the borrowers employment termination, retirement or death etc. everyday they sent me something new to answer.

I could go on forever about all the mismanagement mistakes I've made on both, but the overall concept that set me free with managing both simultaneously everyday was setting my internal systems & renters/vendors work within my framework or they can go somewhere else. 

So now I get an email from RentRedi EVERY DAY that says "your payment method has failed".
