We already created a draft of an agreement that lists all of his duties, we agreed that he would get at least 15k now, and then the rest we would figure that out.

I've pulled delinquent tax records from the town clerk, I've called the local probate court and they will send me their probate estate filings list, but I haven't turned up much so far. 

A partner and I are focusing on realtors, a probate list (cold emailing) updated once a month, D4D, and Craigslist.

You can't list your commercial rentals on their website, it is definitely geared for residential rentals.
