Certainly a great story for your immigrant friend, and a testament to what a great nation we have.Unfortunately a California investor could just as easily end up with a non paying tenant who can't be legally evicted or even a seller who refuses to vacate after closing or any other myriad of horror stories that permeate California, and suffer a devastating loss on a first investment.

They claim to not smoke indoors but even if they don't, the smell still gets inside and permeates things.

I realized that the tenants are heavy marijuana smokers and have permeated the smell to my other unit.

All day the gut retching smell permeated everywhere.

Another problem is the urine smell permeating every porous material that it has come I contact with.

Unfortunately, politics permeates everything we do, and would stay away from any of the riot cities for the time being.

And remember, CPI of nearly everything is higher every single month, which permeates into materials, services etc… that are necessary for building / renovating homes.
