I understand that isn't what you thought initially but 15k is insane to get what you got and ended up with.There is way to much social med. crap that "get rich quick" is a pure and total smoke screen regarding real estate.

But getting older and wiser has taught me to preserve social capital especially with the zoning office.

I have a bigger circle of realtors that are nationwide and this is not just local markets are hyper local markets...

Keep in mind real estate is hyper local and in some areas it’s house by house not just block by block so you have to really know the area to make an accurate guess on whether it’s really improving, stagnant, or circling the drain. 

Most people in my circle work in tech and haven’t yet ventured into real estate, so I haven’t had the kind of conversations that help build well-defined principles about what should be a deal breaker.
