You should identify your specific needs and interview licensed professionals operating in that market and see who fills your need. 

Apparently the condo building that collapsed in Florida and the new law there that requires all condos to meet certain upgraded specifications, leaves people wondering how much it will eventually cost them.

I would caution you about buying a condo in the Dallas area, especially for a rental with the exception of maybe a couple of specific condo developments. 

Are you looking for properties in specific areas of STL or neighborhoods?

Wondering if the issues you had might be specific to the lender providing the AIO loan?

While the DFW area has recently seen an increase in buyer interest, this has not yet translated into a significant reduction in available inventory.Ultimately, your property's value will depend on its specific location and the demand within that neighborhood.
