U can easily identify private carry back mortgages ..

And as everyone knows or hopefully knows U have peaks and valleys.. the mother of all Valleys was 09 to 2011/2012  with peaks before and after that..

U cant expect strangers to do this for you.My suggestion in the FWIW file is to get into the game by earning money in the RE field.you can take a RE license course for a few hundred bucks this will give you the vernacular so at least you sound like you know what your doing when talking to folks.And if you get a license there in Vegas you could work as a leasing agent ..
