And honestly, the fact that it’s free (unless you pay for add-ons like screening) was a big plus for me.If you’re building something for landlords with just a few properties, I’d say the biggest win is anything that makes life easier and more organized.

He can easily embezzle 10k+ and just stall on the job and ghost you or just keep hitting you with change orders to add on to the rehab.

I've had terrible experiences over the past several years with both Keller Williams (non-responsive, charges all sorts of extra add-on fees) and Monument Management (a horrible company that was increasingly late forwarding rent payments, had huge personnel turnover, terrible communications, and probably worst of all, they doubled and tripled actual cost of repairs!).

Now with this one, we add on an extra layer of suck as this business plan is to take a business model that already attracts bottom of the barrel tenants and literally lasers in on the lowest quality human beings one can possibly work with.I wouldn't have a problem with the idea of continuing to punish rapists by fleecing them for extra rent money since they have no other options if it made a ton of money and was easy.
