So the guy I know who went to ITT Tech, failed at a tech career, then took 10 years to get an MBA from Devry on his parents dime will now be in the same category of me, the self made millionaire who did his MBA in 1.5 years at a top school?

The former for its proximity to DC, and VA and highways and the latter because an MBA classmate told me to look there...

Unfortunately in 2015 while saving for the down payment, I changed jobs, moved back to the Chicago suburbs and started taking MBA classes - real estate completely fell by the wayside. 

I have an MBA, and have helped prep 20-year budget and finance reports for companies.

The only reason I can see why the seller allowed me to do this is because he wanted me to take all the junk and he was too busy to deal with cleaning and selling (MBA, work and a baby). 

I felt that this was a reasonable thing to do because he had an MBA in finance from the top business school in the country.

His oldest two boys went on to one getting a law degree and the other an MBA in business.
