Last time I saw this I was in Greece in 2007, learning the flip game in an environment so out of whack that after the bottom fell out of the giant Ponzi scheme that the country had become, the Greeks were forced to admit the situation would take generations to fix.I'm not going to cry doom and gloom.

I’d consider renovating a deal up to two hours drive away, but all neighbour city’s/towns are what I would consider lower income areas with little to no growth or Airbnb potential.

Hi, I'm about to make my first offer on a house.What I have analyzed so far(It will be an Airbnb type rental)- cashflow (for sure)- prices of comparable properties in the neighborhood- amount of property tax- amount of insurance- amount of utility cost- zoning- location, neighborhood- reading reviews of nearby airbnbs- neighbour properties and their future plans- rules for said property around STRWHAT DO I MISS????
