also I think an important point in this as well as your average BP investor has probably never been sued or they have read pleadings like these.. but do note that an LLC is not going to protect you if your doing the business and interacting with tenants or anyone else.. those just get pierced.. like what is happening here.. if you do stuff wrong your going to get sued personally.. and whether they can get a judgement who knows but you spend a lot of money defending yourself.

If there is a due on sale clause in the loan doc then it doesn’t matter what the loan officer told you verbally.I’m not an attorney, but from my understanding of the loan is still in your name personally a good litigator can pierce the veil and your LLC protection wouldn’t amount to much.
