They even supplied us graphs showing this - and now they want to know how we did it.Great news, but it doesn't really help our clients get their rentals filled:(FYI: we have 3 team members that write rental ads and every 30 days we rotate who rewrites the ad of any property still on the market.

In the past two weeks I had an over-asking offer finish runner up on a $775k++ purchase, a transaction go pending for all cash at +/- $400k, a $2M all cash buyer close in two weeks and planning to make an offer with a client that the owners just received a $700K+/- all cash offer.
