I'll even go as far as to say that respectfully, I like the site and I'm not bashing Bigger Pockets but if there are so many people here that's proclaiming to be in a position to readily assist a new investor then why are they hiding?

I just want to clarify I am not bashing any CPA, I am simply asking everyone to make sure they protect themselves by using someone who is truly knowledgeable in tax.I am a tax accountant and Enrolled Agent.

One of my students told me I was getting bashed on this site so had to come check it out.

I'm not bashing it...I just tend to agree with what you've said.

I just posted my experience and people got offended it seemed Crazy how people can't even leave positive reviews online without someone coming and trying to bash it and call it a scam. 

Politics and bashing thereof has no place but healthy and pertinent discussions like the one above seem fine to me.

Truth be told, I do both and will continue to do both, but don’t bash investors like myself for “only” getting $100+/month cash flow.  

Disclaimer, I am not in any way bashing any and all turn-key providers I am just giving you an example of an experience I had.

As you probably know, the BP members are not bashful in giving their honest opinions.  

I dont wanna talk to them and just start bashing them for all the negative stuff I've read on here so how should I phrase it to try and get the info I need?
