Form my experience I do agree with Dana Hoffman that it all depends on the property.

I just finished listening to his other book: breaking the habit of being yourself, a great manual for changing our subconscious into what we want, it has similar facets to think and grow rich tbh, but is much more actionable in my opinion.I am reading Walden by thoreau.

@Dana SalterZillow, HotPads, Postlets, Trulia and Craigslist are all places that post rentals in Cleveland.

It's retirement oriented but very close to Lake Conroe and now the new Margaritaville which is about 20 minutes from here in the Walden area.
