After that, it is up to the tenant to keep the place clean to avoid issues such as german roaches but to realize that palmetto bugs may still be able to enter (they are often drawn to water during very hot, dry spells).

Janani, I have had some people tell me the spoken language in Luxembourg is German, whereas others have said it is Luxembourgian.

I have wonderful conscientious tenants who are having a german roach problem that Truly Nolan has determined is coming from a next door neighbor (I believe the tenant is Sec 8).

I know plenty of nice pitbulls and own a german shephard/husky but the statistics don't lie and I trust what is good for my insurance is good for me.

I send a message asking if everything is good with the house and we leave a nice treat in the fridge from a local German bakery.So after 10 years we get a response like " The house is beautiful we appreciate the attention to detail and thank you so much for the treat"This sets the stage for a 5 star review.
