It's hard to schedule phone time for my people when mail doesn't hit on a certain week and then we get bashed with multiple lists hitting at once.

While it is typical for non eXp agents to bash the company and eXp agents to praise it, no other company in the real estate sales world gets bashed more and harder than eXp.

Let them deal with the headaches and you can use that free time with family, earning more money, or finding new Investments.Despite all the PM bashing you hear on BP, there are professionals out there that will manage your rental better than you and possibly increase your ROI or cash flow AFTER you pay their fees!

Let me be one more investor to bash Zillow, lol.Zillow is like playing a game of horseshoes with a blindfold on. 

For example, one of my favorties is that Zillow will take a house on one side of a river and call a house on the other side of the river a comp - doesn't matter whether they are in different school districts, that the nearest bridge is over a mile away (so you have to drive 2 miles to visit the house on the other side of the river), doesn't matter that the neighborhoods differ, doesn't matter that the type of house is different.You have to understand more of the "why" when it comes to Zillow and the bashing that Zillow sometimes receives.

Back years ago it wasn't this bash everything and everybody.

I don't want to bash the program, as it seems to have worked well for others.
