I read somewhere Texas now has more alt energy jobs than carbon based jobs if that is a sign of the future of things.

Particularly if you are hoping to attract a higher end clientele/microhousing/small carbon footprint trenders.

@John Carbone I finally got an agent assigned and called him.

The only one rebuttal I would have is about the absence of "white sandy beaches" not sure if this is a relative perception matter but all our island formations are formed from coral and other calcium carbonate materials.

If you're worried about carbon monoxide, put a CO detector.

@Ron Drake I was going to look at a commercial property in Ferguson, supposedly cheap, but it has a high carbon content and mentioned some rehab was probably needed, don't know, sounds fishy to me.
