Perseverance paid off and I got two great tenants for the two vacancies I have had recently.

Real estate is a long game and your hard work and perseverance has paid some nice dividends.

Now if you do poorly, then you take it as a learning lesson and persevere through, sure it will suck to do poorly, but nearly every good investor, business person, etc have failed once or twice.

I certainly appreciate your perseverance.
