I've  seen Finance Cowboy's (Jaren Sustar's) videos in my Instagram news feed and watched a couple of his YouTube videos.

Sounds like they've been around awhile and have their "old-school" way of doing things and may be a bit behind the times with technology and standards.Overall, they seem to be treating your property like a Class C rental.- What do you feel the Class is?

YouTube videos only give you a sliver to the whole pie lol. 

But with the right local or portfolio lender, it’s definitely possible.My advice: the YouTube video’s not wrong, but it’s only half the story — you just need the right lender and clean documentation.

I even made a video how to get a license because it involves so many steps.
