What was your starting daily budget for Facebook ads and what would you consider a good ad budget to to do 1 deal per month?

I have found that it does pretty much everything I need it to to manage my portfolio.

Last year I furnished and switched strategies to to rental and all the rents are $2000 per month.

They will do what they have to, to get their rent paid.As long as someone has a good, solid, verifiable income, I wouldn't hesitate renting to them.
