We own large roofing company and the roofers are always stopping on the streets getting cushions from old couches.I always have to remember this is a business.

Talk to them and any roofers you see and tradesmen that are working on homes.

I have plumbers, roofers, electricians, GC's and more.

If you are going to own properties and manage them, you really seriously need to come to relationships with:HVAC, Electrician, Plumber, Pest Control, Roofer.
