Now the second big question: Price.I figure this would save a buyer/prospector 20~40 hours of research on the frontend (to aid in the buying decision, i.e., identifying the right locale) and 0.5~1 hour per month in perpetuity (in keeping them up to date on changes in their target areas).Ā - Is this a reasonable time savings estimate?
