Although she got very fortunate ( probably because of her skill and dedication) But the CFO of one of the spin offs on  brought her over and she is now the head of corporate finance for this company and will be getting all the perks that come along with it  pre IPO stock etc.

But, for those whose expenses often exceed their income in any given month, and are tight every other month, there will be no "velocity" of debt reduction.That's all.I have to give you guys credit, you have been able to spin the same ridiculous argument a thousand different ways. 

Increased revenue and decreased parking demand allowed us to carry income-restricted units as well.We originally planned on spinning it out into a brand, but we never had the bandwidth to do so.Our largest hurdle has been education as most of our tenants are coming in to rent traditional units.Investors did not love it. 

That's actually really funny that they are spinning moving to Europe as his lifelong dream now.

I have been leaning toward acquiring existing assets as new-build in my area is about as expensive as existing assets AND it takes years to spin up until cash begins to flow.
