They have multiple books on LLCs and Corporations.While I don't recommend you do this yourself without legal help, reading and educating yourself about the issues will help you work better with attorneys and CPAs.

I'd be curious to hear your impressions of the course if you're willing to share.

Got a deal with multiple properties presented to me.

I value contractors who are detail-oriented, can stick to budgets and timelines, and have experience working with investors on multiple projects.

Brokers can add a lot of value because they may have multiple lenders and they have enough volume that they may have the ability to negotiate better rates and terms.  

This is happening in multiple states where 'New construction" is still trying to sell at inflated prices.

Trying to figure out how to structure a partnership, how to split profit but mainly how to finance and share tax benefits.

This is why a lot of folks I work with get frustrated by lower LTVs, or higher rates, with rural properties simply because the bank is hedging for additional risk.Some shops like ours can still get them done, but always with the preface that it will often involve more work than other similarly structured DSCR loans, but I wanted to share this as a PSA for folks.
