We go above and beyond when it comes to protection.. starting with insurance coverage, sings in the listing and in the property that there is no guard on duty (as silly as that sounds), putting extra locking device high enough so youngsters can't reach, an alarm/beep system to alert them that door opens for those with small children (or elderly) so they cannot wander out in the backyard with no one noticing and risk drowning.

It might seem like a kindness to provide a printer to a traveling professional, but until they invent one that works on every device, every time; that doesn't need paper at two in the morning; and has cheap toner that refills itself, we will pass on that amenity.I am sure there are other examples for all 4 quadrants, but like @Allen Duan wrote the important thing is to look at amentities through the lens of the end user (with an eye towards the "competition").

, let me state a few things I clearly understand:1) The reason interest on a loan is saved is because the principle is paid down, not because of some shell game. 4.5% interest in a mortgage = 4.5% interest in a HELOC.2) It is always beneficial (to some extent) to use a HELOC if the interest rate on the HELOC is lower than the mortgage.3) It is not beneficial to use this method if you spend more than you make every month, if so try Dave Ramsey4) Everyone besides me on BP easily earns a 25%+ ROI on new investments that they buy every day without breaking a sweat, even in today's overheated market, so it's dumb to even think about paying down a 4% mortgage. With that out of the way, at this point I believe in the value of the HELOC.
