Summer though that I agree with compared to Texas its a delight.I like Charleston SC as a choice.. lots happening real estate wise.. great town great history resturants are really good.. and your right on the ocean so boating fishing etc is nice.. and airport you can get to the major hubs very easy.. economy booming with Boeing Volvo BMW and right to work state.

For under $500 you can purchase a decent Windows workstation or laptop macs are double but they do tend to last longer

I wouldn't look that deep into it to be honest, if your buying headphones for your work station you don't need to document when your listening to music and when your on zoom.

As a landlord, I verified the work needed by pictures being sent, and arranged for a contractor to go in person who is licensed and insured to give an estimate for the work stating to management company this would likely have to come out of a security deposit.The management company was initially asked prior to me arranging this appointment with contractor, to have someone professional quote the damage, and they disregarded my wishes and without my knowledge, or notifying me, granted consent to the tenant to fix the door " in any way they see fit, and to attempt to fix it themselves to the degree of their liking."

The number one reason is poor credit, and number two is the lack of a down payment, and number 3 is a temporary work station (which might be permanent), and number 4 is testing the house out before they buy.
