Second, by order of the governor, you cannot currently evict unless it meets very specific reasons. 

As of today in the sfba I don’t think it’s a buyers market but I’ll waitNot to mention the governor shut the state down for an unforeseen time period. 

Law in the USA is not made or changed by executive order of a president or governor, and it sure as heck is not made or changed by the CDC! 

I say this because I think it is important to contact our Senators, Governors, City Counselors and Congressmen/Congresswomen.   

Some sources still show it sent to the governor for signature.  

Other option is to write the governor and ask for a pardon.

Governor Newsome Signed SB9 so now any homeowner with a larger lot zoned Singal Family dwelling can now add an additional Dwelling unit for no more than a $900 permit and Get that single-family Zoned property subdivided and sold as separate property. this will accelerate Real estate for the next 3 years.

Spread that out over 17 years (thats what state, county, governor and legislature are planning on) and at best you are talking about a negligible impact.
