Think about how you will use that data besides just scratching an itch and decide if it is worthwhile.For example, if you have a lease for $2,000 per month, how important is it to look back over the past couple years to see how much the tenant paid each month versus what your property manager already provides and knowing you got $24,000 in rent last year?

I currently have 3 properties 2 of them are rentals and have a decent cash flow and have over a ton equity..... but itching to buy another property in an area I love and rent my current home.

Unless you are itching to have a Google Workspace...or, perhaps you can use the domain for other uses since you can many emails to a domain...

Although I am not from Cali but I do remember my first itch to get into RE investing!

The itch is growing.  

They will significantly boost labor productivity; - Inflation is trending down;- the Fed is itching to lower interest rates and bond markets are starting to sniff out a shift in the winds;- there is a ~$70 trillion wealth transfer from the Baby Boomers to their kidsbeginning (including their homes and real estate assets);- home prices are increasing steadily, not chaotically;- overall rents are up, but steading thanks to apartment rents / supply;- wage growth, for more than a year, is back to above inflation levels;- and the bottom 50% have more $ in their checking accounts than ever before as a % of wealth.

I'm new to real estate and BiggerPockets so have been itching to contribute to the forums!

By then, I was 33, and started getting an itch to "work smarter, not harder", and realized rentals would be much better passive income.

I thought the relationship I have with BP is worth her 7 year itch.

All of which are within reasonable driving distance to Chicago if you REALLY get the itch to "check out the property".
