@Alex Hostetler Atlanta (or at least outside the perimeter) is a fantastic place to invest and there are plenty of deals that cash flow, you just gotta be looking in the right places and be ready to buy when you find them.  

It is insufficient to say you are a lender without describing what type of lending you do and the perimeters of that lending.
