Hey Ronald, I see Courtney has a event scheduled for 9/17/19 from 12-1:30 pm at 1100 Robert Rd Slidell ( EL Paso Grill).

A handful of other things have happened to, which completely put a bad taste in my mouth (IE: she asked if her niece and her nieces baby could move in for a month and I said no - she didn't listen and they moved in - technically she broke her lease right then and there but I let it slide knowing her lease was going to expire) (she thought another tenant knocked her garbage can and grill over -- when it was just the wind).

I agree with Bill.When you have the loss mitigator on the phone, this is your chance to grill them about the BPO.

This could be a big Hassel for someone to check and keep refilling tanks.This is also why I will only supply charcoal grills.

I am getting "grilled" on things like 1 or 2 floors?

I can't tell you how many little appliance widgets like george forman grills etc were left behind. 

Grills frequently stain a deck which is why they sell grill mats to protect the deck.

He pays less than he did at the apartment for a much nicer home, the roommate pays the same for larger room, bigger house, better amenities (roommate went out and bought a backyard grill first thing, not allowed in apartments), and my son is building equity and appreciation instead of paying someone else's mortgage.  

I grill them usually to see what I can get out of them.
