and as long as there is this uber liquidity in the market ( IE cheap to historic cheap mortgage money).. this should not be a wide spread melt down like 08 when mortgage money froze solid and the markets lost all their liquidity unless you had cash

I suspect now its going great one of the centers was BRAND NEW CONSTRUCTION.. but the 600 homes that were suppose to go in next door got shelved. in a 08 style melt down NOTHING is immune some areas trundle through other areas its mass extinction.

I am in the process of adding better insulation in the attic of my 2 flat because I realized it was pretty poorly insulated causing the heat from the top unit to melt the snow on the roof.
