Rank the areas from top to bottom.But the best thing you can do is to sit down with local brokers and property managers in each of those areas. 

We also target our houses for the broadest demographic (i.e. not the one General or Colonel, but the more populous lower ranks, such as E-4s and E-5s, or O-1s...but the very lowest ranks are often still in dorms).  

They're ranked the number one training organization in the industry for a reason!  

@Hersh M.Unfortunately that graph wouldn't prove anything other than the fact that Bigger Pockets has become more popular due to any number of factors - potentially including an increased interest in real estate investing from the general public, but also from Bigger Pockets expanding their content, ranking higher on google searches, word of mouth, etc.

Neighborhoods are usually ranked A, B, C, D, F with the best neighborhoods being "A" and so on.

The public really looks at and stack ranks agents based on total quantity of reviews. 

It is always surprising to hear of someone leaving the ranks after 12 years.

Most major newspapers rank their ads according to who pays the most, at least in my town they do.
