If there is any priority in the B-E shares, relative to the others, than the pref for Class E is likely coming at the expense of Class B/C/D.

You’re absolutely right that bank rates are high right now, and for many investors chasing fixed income, 5%+ risk-free from a CD or T-bill is a no-brainer.

I prefer their kind of guests and they can be a major player, don't neglect them!
