I’m open to learning, shadowing a project, or just talking through how you approach funding, deals, or first-time flips.

A few have quit their jobs and are just investing in syndications full-time, but most have their own business or job and are investing in our syndications.

BiggerPockets has great resources, but before interviewing property managers, first make a list of the specific tasks you want help with—like tenant placement, rent collection, or handling emergencies.

I had a point system that I documented to help make things less subjective and more defendable for discrimination claims.Agree that credit score or an approximation isn't the full picture. 

The one big thing that I would do is to have a project manager that is with full-time or a contract employee, or if you don't have the resources for this hire a realtor in the local area pay them a trip fee or something agreeable to make things work for both parties to get photos, confirmation that work is done weekly.
