(Don't worry, I'm not asking you to give them up or share; although, please feel free :)  I know that what may work incredibly well with one type of investor may clash horribly with another so, I'm looking more for the how and the whys.For example: What questions did you ask potential property mangers or contractors to help you determine that it was a good fit for your leadership style?  

The problem normally starts with bad leadership and abdicating the role of ceo and replaced with hope and pray they do their job. 

Now they have different leadership in government and the growth is exploding. 

Staff is top notch and of course that comes from strong leadership from the top..

For liability reasons, they feel it is best to work under the leadership of an established company so that you don't make any egregious mistakes as a new agent. 

The best part about it is if they do not pay or trash the units you can simply call there leadership and light a fire under them to square things away.   

Get data on insurance claims, flooding, etc.My personal view is that leadership within a city/municipality needs to have more of a 'we all rise together' kind of mentality. 

I've always been a big believer in setting expectations upfront; it's the simplest form of leadership.
