I'm not a customer but I'm in the industry and familiar with their model.There's multiple reasons I don't recommend Goosehead but the primary one is that they charge their franchise agents a hefty fee to service their clients through the Goosehead call center.The issue with this is that your agent has to either route you to the call center and not help you personally or they have to spend their time servicing your policies when they're being charged not to.Plus, the service center cannot "shop" policies that have become uncompetitive - that has to revert back to the original agent.
