Another $2,800 were given to start paying the workers and once the floors were ripped up and exterior siding opened, it was evident the entire foundation was rotted and disintegrating.

Private Lenders ....they are usually legit but oh so hard to get to...as they have anywhere from 10 to 20 opportunities per month "pushed" in their direction by Wannabees, Agents and Brokers...so they never really get to know the guy or gal who is in need of a loan...so the big thing that has been lost is the relationship that allowed the Private Lender to lend but also to a special service to those in need.So why has this been allowed to disintegrate into wholesale corrupt practices...GOVERNMENT...  

About two months into renting the pipes under the kitchen sink completely disintegrated one day flooding the kitchen.

That said, anything that brings groups into it is gone as it quickly disintegrates into ugliness. 

Some of that really early insulated wiring is kinda trash--the insulation gets brittle and disintegrates, which is (to put it mildly) not the best, but that's not what he's saying. 99% chance you either misunderstood or he is lying.The bathrooms have mold because they're damp.

I've seen houses with them stand vacant for months and just disintegrate before my eyes.

The toilet paper IS designed to disintegrate quickly and is unlikely to cause a problem in my opinion.OK, enough potty talk, I guess...  :-)
