Private Lenders ....they are usually legit but oh so hard to get to...as they have anywhere from 10 to 20 opportunities per month "pushed" in their direction by Wannabees, Agents and Brokers...so they never really get to know the guy or gal who is in need of a loan...so the big thing that has been lost is the relationship that allowed the Private Lender to lend but also to a special service to those in need.So why has this been allowed to disintegrate into wholesale corrupt practices...GOVERNMENT...

Some of that really early insulated wiring is kinda trash--the insulation gets brittle and disintegrates, which is (to put it mildly) not the best, but that's not what he's saying. 99% chance you either misunderstood or he is lying.The bathrooms have mold because they're damp.
