Harvest the low hanging fruit first!

Anyway, that another forum topic...Regardless of where you stand on the issue, there's little doubt that our current government is harvesting a large healthy crop of young adults with a solid "entitlement" mentality.

I'll share a summary of harvested ideas on Friday.

All I can say is this.If you do not plant in the spring, you will never have a harvest in the fall.

If you do plant in the spring, no harvest will come your way.

It can be that light beige for a more conservative look, to the Harvest gold thats streakimg thru the granite.Next the bath.

If my lender is offering debt at 4% and Cap rate is 6%, I can stop right there and see that I can harvest a 2% spread since my asset is generating a return higher than my cost of debt.  

If that can be found and harvested in the Bay Area it can be done in any market!

I’ve been driving around Harvest, Toney, and Madison to get a better feel for the market down here.
