For example, the Birmingham Barons $64 Million Dollar state of the art baseball stadium called Regions Field,  located on 1st Street in downtown celebrated its grand opening on April 10, 2013.

My guesstimate is the expanding Cumberland area thanks to the new Braves stadium and expanding highway and roads.

Also, a neighborhood called Stadium, close to the hospitals and near the waterfront.
