Hey I have a home that I'm going to have to change all the rugs and floors.

All was well until 10 days ago and can't believe they pulled the rug under my feet like that.

Provide or require area rugs.

The furnished units would come with the following  a sectional couch, beds, pictures on the wall, shower curtain, rugs, dishes , pots and pans, dining room set.. etc.. 

They probably don't have it, though, so they'll try and bully you into paying for their hotel.We had a tenant have to move out one day because of a sewer backup that flooded her apartment rug partly into a room from the bathroom.  

We put her in a vacant unit and helped her move into it, and paid a doctor bill of around $50 and bought her a new rug, which she claimed was ruined from plaster dust.  

For animal urine smells, I recommend one of the enzyme based sprays, such as Rug Doctor Platinum Urine Eliminator.

Well, it's been about a week and the loitering has intensified and a neighbor and my lawn guy told me that she saw the dogs there again over the weekend.

Besides the tennants can always put down a rug or remnant for comfort.  

You can use heavier curtains, rugs on floors and walls, etc.
