There’s a constant dialogue about 2 tenants either not paying rent on time, fighting, or overall disgusting living conditions.

I use a 1031 dialogue which says something like I am closing a deal in your area now and I need to take that money and buy something else quickly...

After awhile I decided to check if there's been any dialogue on the subject matter and ran across this post.

Once you take out the cut & paste responses from the usual Turnkey responders, you still have some great dialogue here.  

I've learned so much from the dialogue that has happened here.  

Opened this topic thinking there was only a few pages of dialogue (silly me.)Instead of reading all 100 pages of content, my guess is a correction is coming.

I certainly don't bring up FIRE because I promote all of the ideas... but I do think there are a few components of the mentality that could also do some good to those of us more inclined to REI (goalsetting and exit strategies among them).Thanks again for the dialogue!
