Period I'm always curious to know - of the people that think a crash is coming 100%: why not sell your home or homes now and - stash the money under your mattress and then buy for .30 to .50 cents on the dollar?

When I'm conducting more extensive repairs, as well as major renovations, I use a Dodge 2500 4x4 crew cab long bed with topper (9 mpg).

The worst part was that they had a baby living in the house with them, after we bombed the place there was over 1000 dead roaches, and I found a live snake behind the hot water heater 4 feet from a mattress that was laying on the floor that someone was sleeping on.

Small design flaw but hopefully we can solve this with a smaller door if the inspector is fine with it since we do have a large slider to move large appliances / mattresses etc. in and out.
