@Bridget Smith-Osbourne I am probably not telling you something you don't know already (since you own something on the other side of town) but Fayetteville is very transient due to the military personnel concentration.

I'm amazed at @Timothy Grothuesmann's apparent ability to do so but then, he's almost retired and most likely senior personnel with short timer's disease and more time on his hands than someone who has "awhile to go before" retiring.

For Class II work (removal of asbestos-containing siding) in NC as detailed in item #55 (check with your state to ensure compliance): "If this material is in good condition and can be removed substantially intact - no small fragments or dust generated - then it is not considered regulated asbestos-containing material and does not require the use of accredited personnel or an asbestos removal permit.

We also have fees if we need to reschedule a walk-through last minute at a tenants request, for giving access to a tenants cleaning personnel, for dealing with trash cans that were left behind, and for lost keys, etc.
