Years ago, we lost Reno Mahe from football team for TWO years.

I just finished my last season as a college football player and am ready to get into real estate.

Here in Tampa, this would relate to Conventions, The Yankees, The Buccaneers football games.

My parents have a business and own rental property, they want to do REI full time but make excuses; for example they tell me they are busy selling one of their smog shops and partnering with someone else, or selling a property in sacramento & buying a short sale in LA, or busy watching my little sisters softball games.

Re: Brokers - I have no idea who is well respected - I just know who advertises at the local football games :D  But I'll broaden my search - there are just soooo many real estate offices in my area.

There is a football team called the Panthers.

@Jasmine Hu It's been my experience that bedroom rates for old houses are similar to new construction and sometimes more if they're really close to the bars/football stadium.

*Real* football is often played in snow ... it just adds to the ambiance :)
