With that sim my view is to find some safe lower return investment option and sleep well knowing that the investment is not going to decline significantly. good luck

LOL.. they would order at least a pre lim.. and read the operating agreement. that all said if the bank did just did cross this up with no insurance etc.. then this is simply a breach claim and if the other person went dark then it needs to be litigated..
