I would like to reduce the amount of heat transfer into the attic and house, reducing cooling costs.

I tried Facebook groups, Cold calling "We Buy in cash" Websites but they all offered like 40% of the ARV.So where else can i find real buyers not people looking to JV and others looking for unrealistic offers.

There is no real loan officer there so just reach out to them on their website.

But VRBO's website is always screwed up in one fashion or another.

The softwares that pull the lists are more or less the same since they all just take the tax record data and upload it into their own software/website (Prop stream, deal machine, batch leads, etc.)If you're on a budget I would get batch leads for $100 a month and you can export 10k leads skip traced.

Assuming you are cool performing a live in flip and your neighbors house is big enough for your family.In the end you still get your rental and save on some taxes.
