You don't really need to have anything that amazing.I would say that if you have one of those neon green or orange "We Buy Houses" obnoxious looking things (Which is fine to make a statement to get a sellers attention) I would make a 2nd professional looking card to hand out to potential buyers and other professionals.

That looks like a crime scene.The house I'm working on now had a bedroom done (badly) in neon safety green.

Painted a room and bathroom in my house neon pink the other day and other bathroom gloss sunrise red and it is quite a change.  

Something bright or neon works for color.

Doesn't matter if you can do a short sale if no one ever calls you with a property.The GURUS will say, here use these exact letters on yellow, pink, or neon green paper.

You can do a greenery wall with a neon sign, a painted or wall papered wall that has crazy colors, etc!
