You can find a good cleaner (who you pay a little extra to be boots on the ground should something go off the rails), have a handyman and you're good to at least start.If you want to get fancy, there are automation tools like Guesty and Turno, etc., but to start, you just need your place set up well to begin with and a few good people on the ground. 

We are at the highest productivity levels ever, and it is crazy to see people trying to maximize everything in order to pay for all their fancy stuff.

Exactly - all these marketing strategies that have fancy names have been around forever - someone just has a very good marketing program and gets the sheep to follow blindly. 

•Wall Color: A light neutral like greige or soft white brightens things up.Clean and updated, beats fancy, for the best bang for the buck.
