I've been pondering the same question lately.For items like HVAC filters, do you remind tenants when it's the time to change it, or just expect that they will do it?

I started playing it with my girls years ago to build a base for them.

I have 2 girls and just found out this week we are expecting another one.

Better get a good teacher, and BE TEACHABLE....Because this business is big boy/girl stuff for real!

My fiancé has two girls so that means they of course come with me so I just can’t do it unless I find a bigger duplex or something along those lines.
