Focus on neighborhoods like Northeast Dallas (Richardson, Garland) for tech job proximity and great schools, or Oak Cliff (Bishop Arts District, Kiestwood) for gentrification and trendy appeal.

However, Greater Phoenix is not solely reliant on chip companies.
