Investment and investing has inherent risk up to and including the loss of the entirety of funds. 

The reality is the entirety of your investment can disappear just like that, but novice LPs have not considered that when they invest in these deals.

If you have a way that this above is something profitable and great, please, I am all ear's. ....zoomed out to the point where you're likely looking at ~100 sq miles of urban living here.....FYI, Detroit in it's entirety is 139 sq miles.

Aside from specific properties and situations, how would you go about financing the entirety of the turnkey purchase for most folks around the country?

If she will not share that with you, it won't work.My wife and I compromised, all of the rental houses are in my name only, and some of the assets are in her name only, and our house and other big real estate items are in both names as tenants by the entireties.

You need to understand the process in it’s entirety before going that direction.
